We're constantly adding footage to our video library, including new high definition video (HDV). Most of the footage represents severe weather including tornadoes, hurricanes, storm damage and aftermath clean-up. We also have footage of heavy rainfall, sunrises, sunsets, cloud structure, prairie scenes, Midwestern vistas and the Alaskan frontier.
In the past two years, we added dramatic high definition video of the aftermath and recovery from Hurricane Katrina to our library, including scenes from Waveland, Gulfport, Biloxi, MS and surrounding communities. We also have landfall footage from Hurricanes Ophelia and Wilma. We also have HD footage from New Orleans first post-Katrina Mardi Gras.
Closer to home, we have video from around the Metro Atlanta area including Wescam aerial footage of area landmarks, skylines, corporate headquarters and, of course, Atlanta traffic.
On occasion, we receive a call for footage we do not have in our library. Depending on subject matter, we may be able to acquire the footage you request internally, or through other vendors.
Footage is available for license by the second. Rates are based on content and type of license. All licenses require a research and dub fee plus the cost of tape stock. Footage is available in most formats. Some additional fees and minimum charges may apply.
