Forrester Media offers High Definition video production using our Sony XDCam HD PDW F-350 and Sony HVR-Z1U cameras for both broadcast and corporate clients. We also have access to the Sony HDCam HDW F-900, the Panasonic HDX-900 and HVX-200.

Our crews have captured hundreds of hours of HD footage, including footage for shows on HDNet, National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. Some of our spectacular tornado footage was recently used in a Texas Instruments DLP television spot.

In 2009, nearly all our productions are shot in HD. Unless specifically requested, we prefer not to use standard definition camera formats, such as Betacam SP or DVCam.

Need great time-lapse HD footage? Sony's XDCam HD format creates great HD pictures recorded to a DVD-style disc and offers easy and effective time-lapse recording capabilities.

We also shoot High Definition Video on Sony HVR-Z1U camcorders. These small and highly versatile cameras offer an affordable HD solution to productions with limited budgets.

Using the high-end Sony F-900 HDCam camera allows us to capture video images in the highest possible resolution available in the industry - 1080 lines of horizontal resolution, versus 486 lines in standard definition video.
